Online Price Quote (Interactive) - Manual | Accepio
One of the greatest advantages of Accepio is the ability to create an interactive online price quote. This is a modern way to present a quote that goes beyond the traditional PDF attached to an email.
The interactive quote is essentially a standalone web page, generated specifically for a particular price quote.
How the Interactive Quote Works
The interactive quote has two parts:
- Administrator view, which you see in the price quote details,
- Customer view, which your customer sees when opening the link.
The customer receives the quote link via email. To view it, they must enter a PIN code, which the system automatically sends to them. This mechanism ensures that only authorized persons can access the quote.
Customer Functions
In the interactive quote, the customer can:
- view the price quote in a clear web format,
- enlarge product images to full screen,
- read additional articles (e.g., About Us or Terms and Conditions),
- communicate with you via messages,
- confirm or accept the price quote.
The interactive quote looks professional and increases the chance that the customer will not only open it but also review it thoroughly.
Communication with the Customer
In the price quote details, there is a section where you can communicate with the customer via messages. Simply write a message and click Send Message. If the customer replies, their message appears in this section like a chat.
When the customer:
- replies to a message,
- or accepts the price quote,
the system automatically notifies you via a notification in the top menu.
Previewing the Interactive Quote
Before sending the link to the customer, you can preview the interactive quote exactly as the customer will see it. Use the Open Online Quote button for this. This ensures the quote looks correct and contains all necessary information.
Articles in the Interactive Quote
The interactive quote includes articles displayed below the quote and in the customer menu.
Default articles are:
- About Us
- Terms and Conditions
- Contact
If an article has no content, it will not appear in the interactive quote. You can edit the content of articles and, if needed, add your own custom articles according to the nature of your quote.
