The Kanban module provides a visual overview of all price quotes according to their current status. It is a very clear way to track sales opportunities and their progress over time without needing to open individual quotes.

Kanban is especially ideal for:

  • salespeople handling a large number of quotes,
  • teams collaborating on quotes,
  • quickly identifying which deals require attention.

Viewing Quotes in Kanban

In Kanban, price quotes are displayed in columns (swimlanes), with each column representing a quote status. By default, the following statuses are set:

  • Created
  • Sent
  • Won
  • Lost

Each status has its own color, which helps with quick orientation. You can customize both the colors and the order of statuses in the system settings.

Working with Quotes in Kanban

You can move quotes between statuses using drag & drop. When a quote is moved to a different column:

  • its status is automatically updated,
  • the change is recorded in the quote’s history (log).

This ensures you always have a record of when and how a quote progressed through the sales process.

Searching in Kanban

Above the Kanban board is a search field that allows you to quickly find a specific quote by:

  • quote number,
  • customer name or company name.

This is particularly useful when you have many quotes displayed in Kanban.
