The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging into the application. Its purpose is to provide a quick overview of your sales activity without needing to open individual modules.
At the top of the dashboard, you can see basic statistics:
These figures help you quickly assess the volume of deals you have created in the system.
A smaller chart is used to compare a selected quote status with the previous period, usually the previous month. You can choose which status to track, such as won or sent quotes. The chart then shows whether the value of quotes has increased or decreased and by what percentage.
This chart is especially useful for quickly monitoring trends and the progress of your deals.
The large chart displays the total value of price quotes over time. You can select the period:
The columns in the chart are color-coded according to the status of the quotes. Each status has its own color, which can be set in the system settings. This allows you to see not only the total amount but also the distribution of quotes by status.
At the bottom of the dashboard, there is a list of the most recently created or updated price quotes. From here, you can access the details of any quote with a single click and continue working on it.
