Manual Accepio
Accepio is an online application designed for creating, managing, and sending price quotes. It helps companies and sales professionals simplify the entire process — from the first customer contact to evaluating the success of their price quotes. In addition to price quotes, Accepio provides clear management of customers, products, tasks, and deal statuses.
The application is designed to be used by:
- A sole proprietor or small business,
- A salesperson who sends multiple quotes daily,
- A team where multiple users work on price quotes.
This manual serves as guide to the application. It is intended primarily for new users who want to quickly get oriented, understand the basic principles, and learn to use Accepio efficiently.
Basic Orientation in the Application
After logging into Accepio, users navigate an environment divided into two main parts:
- Left main menu, which contains the individual application modules.
- Top menu, which contains global functions and quick controls.
Understanding these two parts is important, as you will use them in your daily work.
Main Menu
The main menu is located on the left side of the screen and serves as the primary navigation for the application. Items are grouped into thematic blocks based on the type of activity.
Work Block
This block contains all modules you use in everyday sales work.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the initial screen displayed after login. It provides a quick overview of your sales activity — how many quotes you have created, their total value, and their trends over time. It serves as a reference point to immediately see how your business is performing.
Customers
In this module, you manage all your customers — companies and individuals. You can record, edit, and use customer information when creating price quotes. The Customers module is the foundation of the entire application, as every price quote is always tied to a specific customer.
Products
The Products module is used to record items that you use in price quotes. These can be goods, services, or any other items you regularly price. Thanks to this module, you don’t need to enter products repeatedly — just save them once and then select them when creating a quote.
Price Quotes
This module contains all your price quotes — created, sent, won, or lost. This is where the main work in Accepio takes place. Each quote can be edited, its status changed, PDF generated, or sent to the customer as an interactive online quote.
Kanban
Kanban provides a visual overview of price quotes by status. Quotes are displayed in columns (e.g., Created, Sent, Won), so you can quickly see which stage each deal is at. Quotes can be moved between statuses by dragging and dropping.
Tasks
The Tasks module manages business-related tasks. You can create reminders, such as calling a customer, sending additional information, or following up after sending a quote. Tasks help ensure you don’t miss important steps in the sales process.
Support Block
This block contains tools to help you use the application or communicate with the development team.
Help
The Help section contains basic FAQs organized by module. It is useful if you are unsure how something works.
Video
Here you will find video tutorials showing how to use the application, such as creating a price quote or adjusting system settings.
Feedback
Using Feedback, you can submit improvement suggestions, report errors, or share new ideas. Every submission is sent to the Accepio team.
My Account Block
This block is used for managing your account and system settings.
Profile
In your profile, you set personal and company information, which is used, for example, in the header of price quotes or PDF documents.
PREMIUM
Here you will find information about premium features and options to extend the application.
Settings
In Settings, you customize the behavior of the application — currencies, languages, units of measure, quote statuses, and other system options.
Top Menu
The top menu is located at the top of the screen and contains functions accessible from any module.
Search
The search field allows you to quickly find customers or price quotes without navigating through modules. Simply start typing a name, email, or quote number, and the system will display matching results.
Language Switcher
Use the flag icon to change the application language. The selected language is applied not only to the interface but also to texts printed in price quotes.
View Switcher (List / Tiles)
This switch determines how lists are displayed. Tile view is especially suitable for mobile devices, while list view provides more information on desktops.
Light and Dark Mode
Use the sun or moon icon to switch between light and dark modes according to your preference.
Notifications
The bell icon notifies you of important events, such as when a customer responds to an interactive price quote.
User Menu
Click your avatar to access a menu where you can go to your profile, manage your account, or log out.
